Mrs. Lucian Brown, 69, nee Dora Thomson, died Sunday at her home inNew Holstein. She had suffered a heart attack on Saturday. Thedaughter of Hans Frederick and Dorthea Thomson, the deceased was bornJuly 21, 1868, in the town of New Holstein. She attended the districtschools in the town of Charlestown and New Holstein, and on June 14,1900, was married to Lucian Brown at Port Washington. The couple livedat Port Washington for one year, at Plymouth for one year, and in 1903moved to the Thomson homestead, one and one-half miles northeast ofNew Holstein. Since the death of her husband on Dec. 19, 1943, shemade her home in New Holstein.
Only immediate survivor is a sister, Mrs. John Drews of New Holstein.
Funeral services will be held at the Erbe-Hoffman Funeral home, withthe Rev. J. R. Seidler, pastor of St. Johns Evangelical and ReformedChurch, officiating. Interment will be made in the New Holstein citycemetery.
